4500 HD - High-Durability Model
The U.are.U 4500 HD was specifically designed for environments where the biometric device could be subjected to harsh use. The coating on this version of the U.are.U 4500 reader provides a higher level of durability while still providing good fingerprint readability. For best fingerprint readability we recommend using our standard U.are.U 4500 fingerprint reader with silicone coating, but if your environment requires more durability, then we encourage you to evaluate the U.are.U 4500 HD reader.
